End User Licence Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and AdvannoSmart (Pty) Ltd ("Licensor") for the use of the ResiFind mobile application ("App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. Licence Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on your personal mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this EULA and applicable App Store terms.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Create derivative works based on the App.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App.
• Transfer your account or licence to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all associated intellectual property (including trade marks, code, design, and content) are owned by AdvannoSmart (Pty) Ltd. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the App (reviews, messages, application documents). By submitting content, you grant the Licensor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the App's services.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (maps, payment processors, analytics). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The Licensor is not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Licensor does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.

10. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
